☢️MAKING☢️

• Everything is done (crafted / refurbished / modified) here in my workshop, mostly manually and there is NO mass products from Aliexpress/Alibaba/Amazon (…) I try to make products unusual, unique and properly marked and numbered for collection purposes
• All items are inspected, tested and safe packed before leave my workshop
• All items are signed, numbered and includes PRINTED certificate of authenticity (according: handmade cert. artist cert, item series cert. etc.
• All items have instructions or a description card (sent online by e-mail *.PDF)

☣️MAKING – VISUAL NOTES☣️

⚠️ All is handcrafted – models made may vary (will never be the same (in 100%) as in the picture). I do not try to avoid and correct minor scratches, unevenness, inaccuracies because I do not try to make it look like from a CNC machine. I also use natural materials (antlers, wood) and old items (authentic military, war, old, used parts), which also – naturally – causes differences. The concept is always preserved!

⚠️ Depending on what power of the bulb you will use (in case of lighting models / lamps) and what color of light you will use – you will get a different end result
⚠️ The presented effects are only illustrative for you

⚠️None of my items are toys or intended for children. Each of my items is a handmade model or sculpture and should be treated with due care

• I accept completely custom orders. If you like my style of creating and finishing items, I can make from scratch / remake / refine the item according to your instructions

☣️PRICE☣️

• Although it is a hobby job, it is also fully legal via registered company that requires fees, duties and taxes. You receive a purchase bill / invoice
• All prices incl.: Taxes and VAT (if present)
• Packing materials and shipping cost depends on selected service and shipping region (inside EU, outside EU, standard postal, FEDEX/UPS courier)
• Payment service costs depending on the selected method (direct bank transfer, paypal, googlepay, applepay etc.)
• Prices are not negotiable, unless you want to establish business cooperation (contract, wholesale)

☢️DELIVERY TIME☢️

• Standard post (like USPS) with PRIORITY option and TRACKING: to EU -> 1-2 weeks, to US -> 2-4 weeks (estimated values). Other countries – contact me.
• Standard post (like USPS) with ECONOMY option and TRACKING: to EU -> ~1 month, to US -> 3-4 months (estimated values). Other countries – contact me.
• Courier (UPS/DPD/FEDEX) -> 1-7 days
• Shipping cost prices depends from 1. choosed service 2. weight 3. dimensions (in case of courier)

☣️CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES☣️

• You have time to resign and change your decision until you receive my acceptance of your order. After receiving the approval, you have 7 days to make the payment and then after the payment there is NO possibility of cancellations, returning, changing or exchanging. The sale is final. Let’s respect our time and effort. All is custom-hand crafted products made for you.
